Marry Me Chicken (Low-Carb & Totally Swoon-Worthy)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ cup chopped sun dried tomatoes

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan.

  4. Stir in cream, parmesan, sundried tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  5. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer another 2 minutes.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
