Ingredients
500g ground beef or turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
1 cup cooked rice or cauliflower rice
1 cup black beans
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup corn
¼ cup shredded cheese
Greek yogurt or sour cream
Instructions
Cook ground meat in oil, add seasoning.
Assemble bowls with rice base.
Top with meat, beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado.
Finish with cheese and yogurt.
