This High-Protein Taco Bowl is fresh, colourful, and packed with flavour. Loaded with seasoned meat (or plant-based alternative), crisp veggies, and creamy toppings, it’s a balanced meal perfect for busy days or meal prep. It’s wholesome, satisfying, and endlessly customisable.

Serves: 4


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef or turkey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)

  • 1 cup cooked rice or cauliflower rice

  • 1 cup black beans

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • ½ cup corn

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

  • Greek yogurt or sour cream


Instructions

  1. Cook ground meat in oil, add seasoning.

  2. Assemble bowls with rice base.

  3. Top with meat, beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado.

  4. Finish with cheese and yogurt.
