Say goodbye to dense, eggy keto loaves — this version is soft, toasty, and perfect for sandwiches or a warm slice with butter.


It’s one of those recipes that makes your kitchen smell amazing and convinces even carb-lovers that keto baking can taste incredible.

Cook Time: 35–40 mins

Serves: 10 slices


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour (or 1 cup almond + ½ cup coconut flour for lighter texture)

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 5 large eggs

  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in melted butter, almond milk, and vinegar.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until smooth.

  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Cool before slicing — it firms up beautifully as it cools.
